We want to work hand and hand with Realtors. If you have never worked with a custom home builder before don’t worry, there are no dumb questions. We will help you every step along the way. We will help direct you on how to find land. We will even help give suggestions on areas to look at. Once you have found a parcel that your clients are interested in, we will do a deep dive and check out the soils report, utilities, cc&r and Hoa documents. This way we can make sure it is a great fit for your clients and we can reduce possible hidden expenses.
What’s in it for you as a Realtor?
- Full commission on the land, paid by the land seller — whatever that commission is, it is yours.
- 3% commission on the actual build cost of any new home build with Ensign Custom Homes.
The best part is if you bring multiple New home build jobs to us we reward you.
- 2nd Client you will get 3.5%
- 3rd you will get 4%
- 4th you will get 4.5%
- 5th you will get 5%
- 6th you will get 5.5%
- 7th you will get 6%
- Any more brought that year will remain at 6%
- After Dec 31st we start at 3% again and work our way up.
