We will help direct you on how to find land. We will even help give suggestions on areas to look at. Once you have found a parcel that your clients are interested in, we will do a deep dive and check out the soils report, utilities, cc&r and Hoa documents. This way we can make sure it is a great fit for your clients and we can reduce possible hidden expenses.
What’s in it for you as a Realtor?
- Commission on the Land from the Land Seller.
- 3% commission on any build job For Ensign Custom Homes.
The best part is if you bring multiple build jobs to us we reward you.
- 2nd Client you will get 4%
- 3rd you will get 5%
- any after that will be at 5% as well till the year is over.
- After Dec 31st we start at 3% again and work our way up.
